A PERSONAL NOTE

Hey there! I'm Kelli

I help adults build a simple, practical system for organizing what matters most before life's planned or unplanned changes — so they can have less stress and more time to handle whatever comes next.

But it hasn't always been this way…

For years, I watched people I love move through big changes - some hard, some exciting. A move to a new state. A first home. Graduation. A career change. Losing a spouse. A sudden illness. Caregiving. I noticed the same problem every time: the transition wasn't the hardest part. It was the ordinary things - finding documents, proving authority, getting organizations on the phone.

Then it became personal.

When my mom suddenly needed full-time care, I discovered that even with her will, trust, power of attorney and advance directives in place, dozens of organizations still wouldn't speak with me. I spent over 100 hours on things like this. This time could have been spent with her and on several other necessary “regular life” responsibilities.

That experience fueled everything. I created this checklist so you never have to lose the hours I lost. You don't have to gather everything today. You just have to know what "everything" is.

That's what this checklist is for — let's start there, together.

See you inside!

Kelli
